Bill Johal is the results-orientated Managing Director of Calabash Group Services for more than 15 years and is driven to manage costs and establish strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with clients and service providers. He is adept at creating strategic alliances with company leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives. Bill excels at building and retaining high performance teams by hiring, developing, and motivating the skilled professionals that are always required within the cleaning industry. He has spent more than 30 years in sales and as an operational trailblazer.

With experience of leading financial strategies and ambitious growth plans for many companies, Steve has a proven ability to constantly challenge and improve existing processes and systems. He also brings excellent communication skills and a wealth of experience to interconnect professionally with clients and colleagues on detailed financial issues. Steve also supports the people management functions of Calabash Group Services that underpin the business culture including: employee matters, benefits, rewards, professional growth, communications and performance of staff at all levels. He has spent more than 40 years as a leader of many successful businesses.
